[ CGI動作チェックモジュール]がエラーになります

さくらインターネットのサーバーに設置しました。
メールフォーム自体は正常に動作しているようなのですが、[ CGI動作チェックモジュールを実行する ]を実行すると、以下のようなエラーが表示されます。
フォームからの送信はできていますが、なんだか気持ち悪いので、[ CGI動作チェックモジュール]を正常に動作させる方法がわかりましたら教えてください。

回答が遅くなり申し訳ございません・・・。
Perlのバージョンアップにともない記述が一部古い機能が正常に動作していないっぽいです。基本的には動作に支障はありませんので、正常に動作しているっぽい場合は大丈夫です！

スレッド相乗りで申し訳ありません。
私もさくらサーバで「mailformpro.cgi version.4.2.5(DLしたバージョンは4.2.6ですが)は正常に動作しています。」と表記されているにもかかわらず同様のエラーが発生しております。
